These Terms govern your access to and use of BookerSuite. By creating an account or booking through BookerSuite, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of services, prices, and policies published on their booking pages.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe under their terms. Deposits, cancellations, and refunds follow each business's stated policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use BookerSuite to violate the law, infringe rights, spam customers, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other users.

Disclaimer

BookerSuite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
